About

I am a leadership coach and consultant based in Seattle. An eclectic career spanning continents and contexts, including philanthropy, public policy, mental healthcare, and homeless services, sparked my interest in the non-negotiable of strong leadership. With prior stints at boutique and Big Four consulting firms, I now practice independently. The goal of my work is to bring out a better leader in everyone.A lifelong student of the social sciences, I have degrees from Occidental College and Cornell University. I am a certified facilitator with Mindfulness Training Institute and currently becoming an ICF-certified coach. When I'm not coaching, I DJ under the alias Niz Dass.

Work

I coach leaders who are facing challenges bringing something of meaning into the world, whether it is a new venture, project, or different way of being.
